Former Real Madrid star Toni Kroos commented on Real Madrid’s loss to Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final (3-2) after extra time.
The former German star said: “It was a very balanced match until the last moment, but Barcelona was a bit lucky.”
He added: “In many final matches, things went in our favor, but yesterday it wasn’t the case.”
He concluded: “Some say that Real Madrid misses Toni Kroos? I wish my former teammates good luck. For me, that’s not necessary; what matters to me is Real Madrid’s victory.”
