After the match, tensions flared inside the dressing room tunnel, where Real Madrid captain Dani Carvajal appeared extremely angry at referee De Burgos’ decisions. Spanish media outlets, such as the newspaper ‘AS’, circulated recordings showing Carvajal directing profanities at the referee.
