Graziano Fiorita, the physiotherapist for the Lecce Italian team, has passed away, as announced by the club in an official statement today, Thursday.
Following Fiorita’s death, who had been with the team for over twenty years, Lecce requested to postpone the match against Atalanta in the Italian league scheduled for tomorrow evening.
Lecce sent condolences through its statement to Fiorita’s family and friends, as well as to the club’s fans who knew him well after his long years with the yellow and red team.
It is worth noting that Lecce is currently in seventeenth place in the standings with 26 points, just one point ahead of Venezia and Empoli, who are in the relegation zone.
