Reports have revealed Abdul Rahman Al-Aboud’s position regarding his participation in the derby match against Al-Ahly.
Al-Ittihad will face Al-Ahly next Saturday in the 26th round of the Saudi Pro League.
Abdul Rahman Al-Aboud suffered an injury during his participation in the match against Al-Shabab on Tuesday in the semi-finals of the King’s Cup.
The Saudi newspaper “Asharq Al-Awsat” reported that this injury is a result of the significant physical load, and the technical staff of “Al-Ittihad” must rehabilitate Al-Aboud immediately before the anticipated match against Al-Ahly.
Al-Ittihad qualified for the final match in the King’s Cup after overcoming Al-Shabab with a score of 3-2.
