Journalist Santi Aouna reported that Bayern Munich has reached a verbal agreement with Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Florian Wirtz.
Aouna mentioned that the Bavarian club has a near-complete agreement with Wirtz to join them at the end of the current season.
The source added that Bayern Munich has not yet communicated with Leverkusen regarding the value of the deal.
Several clubs are interested in signing Wirtz, including Real Madrid and Manchester City, but the Bavarian giant is leading the race to sign the player.
Leverkusen is expected to ask for around 100 million euros or more to part with the German star.
