Despite the praises from media figure Walid Al-Faraj and analyst Imad Al-Salmi regarding Koller’s strong personality and his achievements with Al-Ahly of Egypt, the ambitions of the fans seem to be greater.
Many observers believe that Koller, with his experience and successful management of talents, might be a more suitable option for mid-table clubs rather than the top teams in the Saudi league.
The problem lies in the fact that the leading clubs, with their roster of international stars and enormous financial support, usually look for coaches with global names and broader experiences.
It is worth noting that Koller has achieved impressive successes with Al-Ahly of Egypt; however, his record in leading major clubs remains limited compared to the current coaches in the Roshen League.
