Blanc considers a friendly match or training maneuver in preparation for Al-Nassr

Sources have revealed that French coach Laurent Blanc, the head coach of Al-Ittihad Club, is considering playing a friendly match in preparation for the classic confrontation against Al-Nassr in the league.

Blanc is expected to decide whether to hold a trial match or settle for a training maneuver, given that his players have been away from official competitions for about 17 days.

Al-Ittihad will return to collective training today, Saturday, after a 4-day break the players received since their 3-2 victory over Al-Ettifaq in Jeddah last Monday.

The classic match between Al-Nassr and Al-Ittihad will take place at Al-Nassr’s home ground on May 7, as part of the 30th round of the Roshan Saudi Pro League.
