Al-Nasr Player Approaches Transfer to One of the Yelo League Clubs

Sources have revealed that one of the stars of Al-Nasr Saudi Club is close to leaving for a team competing in the first division ‘Yelo’ starting next season, amid declining chances of participating with ‘Al-Nasr’ under the leadership of Italian coach Stefano Pioli.

Abdul Rahman Ghareeb, the winger for Al-Nasr Saudi, has been linked with a move to another club, after the ‘Asharq Al-Awsat’ newspaper reported that the player submitted an official request to his club’s management to allow him to leave during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Abdul Rahman Ghareeb’s contract with Al-Nasr extends until the summer of 2026, which means that his potential departure would be a full season before the end of his contract, in a move aimed at giving him a greater playing opportunity.

Ghareeb has played this season 29 matches in the Al-Nasr jersey, totaling 1069 minutes of play, but he has not been able to score any goals, managing only three assists during his time with the team.

Other reports have indicated that the player has received a serious offer from Al-Ula Club, which has recently been promoted to the Yelo League, to embark on a new experience with the team that will accompany Al-Dhahriah in the first division competitions next season.
