Mbappe Sets Record in His First Season with Real Madrid

The French star Kylian Mbappe continued his remarkable performance in the Real Madrid jersey during his first season with the royal team, after moving in a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain at the beginning of the current season.
Mbappe came on as a substitute in the second half of the match against Barcelona on Saturday evening in the Copa del Rey final, when the score was 1-0 in favor of Barcelona.
Mbappe managed to equalize for Real Madrid with a stunning goal from a direct free kick, skillfully placing it to the right of Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny.
According to the statistics network ‘Squawka’, Mbappe raised his tally to 34 goals this season, making him the second-highest goal scorer in his first season with Real Madrid, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo and Ruud van Nistelrooy, who each scored 33 goals, with only Ivan Zamorano ahead of him with 37 goals.
