Tebas Launches Attack on Florentino Perez

Javier Tebas, the president of La Liga, has launched an attack on Real Madrid president Florentino Perez amid the ongoing controversy ahead of the Copa del Rey final against Barcelona tomorrow, Saturday.

Tebas wrote on his official account on X, referring to Perez:

He doesn’t like Tebas because he doesn’t carry out his orders.

He doesn’t like Ceferin because he doesn’t do what he wants.

He doesn’t like Lozan because he doesn’t submit to him.

He doesn’t like the comments of television analysts because they don’t echo what he says.

He doesn’t want to advance in refereeing reform because it’s not being done the way he wants.

And now, after the statements from referees who are tired of the pressure campaigns from the official Real Madrid channel — he responds in his usual manner:

He cancels the press conference.

He ignores the training session.

He ignores the official events of the cup final.

He leaks that he may not participate in the final.

What an excessive sensitivity.

He doesn’t protest, he pressures.

He doesn’t complain, he threatens.

He doesn’t differ, he punishes.

He doesn’t want to improve football, he wants football his way.

And what is more dangerous than his attempts… is that there are those who allow him to do so, who justify him, and who assist him.
