The German star Thomas Müller, player of Bayern Munich, talked about the most important thing in the Club World Cup this summer.
Müller stated: “It’s not about the titles. The title is just a piece of metal awarded upon winning the tournament. But that’s not what makes you happy.”
He added: “The journey to get there is what excites me. It’s about handling pressure constantly, both physically and competitively, and winning.”
He continued: “The appeal of the tournament, of course, lies in the fact that it’s a World Cup. In this form, it feels closer to the World Cup for national teams.”
