Norwich City Appoints Jack Wilshere as Interim Manager

Norwich City Football Club has officially announced the immediate dismissal of head coach Johannes Hof Thorup from his position due to a decline in results and performance in recent times, as confirmed by the club’s sporting director, Ben Naber.

The decision also included the departure of assistant coach Glenn Riederscholm from his position, as part of a technical restructuring of the first team before the end of the season.

Ben Naber stated in an official statement: “Although the appointment was part of a long-term plan, the recent results and performance necessitated the change. We thank Johannes and Glenn for their efforts and wish them success in the future.”

Jack Wilshere will take on the role of interim manager of the team with the assistance of Tony Roberts and Nick Stanley, to lead Norwich in the last two rounds of the English Championship.

The club confirmed that work has begun on appointing a permanent manager to lead the team in the upcoming season.
